I was on a "Plant Adventure" led by Steven Guiness and Scott Joffe.
I enjoyed the trip enormously and recommend it to you all with no qualifications!
Go, if you get a chance!
I gave them $200 and my wife gave them $300 for extra plants which never arrived.
Please be patient, they have a lot of detail.
It was most enjoyable. I was the only bromeliad-nut, the rest were orchidists.
I was mildly put out of strong action on the second day with an ankle injury but the orchidists
treated me very well and tried to help me hold up my bromeliad end of things.
I might mention that one of them is an orchid dealer and I suggest that you check her page if that's
your bag!
It's at: Juno Beach Orchids
Her Belizean page is at: http://nassau.globat.com/~jborchids.com/BELIZE.HTML

This is a late addition, 2007.0626. I went in May 2005 and my wife Sauny went in August. To this
day, 25 and 22 months later, the promised plants have not arrived. It is quite obvious they never
will. We are quite disappointed. While the trip itself was great, we do resent the failures of their
promises. If you go, do not expect that the plants will arrive. Just be pleasantly surprised if they
do.
Be
careful about giving them any extra cash for plants.

I stayed a couple days after the tour to visit a Mayan Ruin and the Belize Zoo. I had originally intended to stay two days longer and see the Ruin at Tikal, Guatemala, but my ankle was just taking too much fun out of the trip so I returned early.
I would like to extend a special thanks for our entire group to this
wonderful expedition into the wilds of Belize.
They brought us through, safe and sound and only mildly dehydrated.
I, for one, had trouble heeding their constant warnings to Drink Fluids!.
