So we left Yosemite and headed for the big city.
We headed to the north of San Franciso so we could come down the Marin Peninsula for a good view of the Golden Gate bridge and to be able to cross it.
We went west from Yosemite to find Highway 580, then over to Richmond and across the Richmond Bridge, going south on Highway 101 on the other side.
As I remember, the windfarm was between Tracy and Richmond. I believe Pacific Gas & Electric advertise that they are getting 30% of their power from wind and solar.
