I got my copy in the mail yesterday. It is a two volume boxed set, divided A-K and L-Z. It has 136 bromeliads. The indexing seems quite effective. As many pictures as it has, I stiil wish there were more. Many of the pictures are very good and a number are so-so.

The only problem so far is trying to print pictures from it. I tried their "print" button and got a sheet of green with no picture. I then tried making a screen shot and placing it in Pagemaker. It still came out green. I will try again and post the result.

But I do wholeheartedly recommend these books.
