This plant looks like a cross between Aechmea gamosepala and Aechmea cylindrata with the accent on cylindrata. Flower color is very strange, to me. Plant is smaller than cylindrata Dr. Walter Till says, "Looks like a hybrid with Ae. gamosepala (subgen. Ortgiesia ) involved."
