I attended the 50th anniversary celebration of the P-51 held in Santa Maria CA in October 1990.
One of the honored guests was the ranking Japanese ace, Mr. Saburo Sakei. He agreed to be in a picture with me.

I guess the war is really over. We're both smiling!
