Rebecca Ann Harsen was born in 1818 and died in 1913. Her sister, Maria, married Daniel's brother, Charles.

A note on the back of this picture says,"Grandma Dills, age 94 or 95 yrs old. Taken under the big cottonwood tree at Julian Smith's home. not far from our old home." It is signed "Sis".

I don't know who Sis is but it seems somewhat logical that the only person that appears to fit is Lillian Adelaide Dills Flindt, her granddaughter.
