I have received the following bit of Milo history from Sandy Foulke.

"Milo Cemetery is at Barnard KS. The town of Milo used to be where the cemetery is, but when the railroad came through, over a hundred years ago, they built the town of Barnard about 2 miles from the cemetery and moved the town of Milo about 5 miles to the southeast."
