Marie's homestead ? 
I would swear that the man leaning out upstairs is my Dad, Daniel Everard Dills (4). The two women below look like my mother, Marie Hanson Dills (5), on the left. The other looks like a friend of hers, Cora Untermill Horseman,wife of the owner of the drug store where Dad worked.
It looks to me like they made a trip to mother's homestead, probably about 1912. This my best guess.
