Nininger
The town of Nininger was founded by Ignatius Donnelly. I spite of his efforts, the town failed and disappeared.
The only remnant now is this historical site sign and possibly the meeting hall behind it. My great grandmother, Elizabeth (Lib) Poore. 1831 - 1864, died here and was buried in a local cemetery which was later abandoned.
Her stone is in Graceland Cemetery in Albert Lea MN
