I believe this is Q. quesneliana, but I admit I have great trouble differentiating between quesneliana, arvensis and testudo.

It is also growing next to the north wall of the house and gets a few hours of sun in late afternoon. Healthy as they seem to be, I don't get blooms from these in this position.

Vegetatively they do great, almost anywhere. I have a number of them in different parts of the yard and vegetatively, they all look the same.
