Here is a Fosterella micrantha. 2003.0415 In Flora Neotropica by Smith and Downs, the plant is described as being 3-7 dm tall when in flower, 12 - 28 inches.
This specimen is only about 2.7 dm tall in flower. Because of my latitude and growing conditions, I'm not surprised when a plant is somewhat depauperate.
