I had called this O. fosterianum but Dutch doesn't think so.
He says, "When I looked at it, my ID was Ortho. sucrei. Fosterianum has numerous, large peltate scales and shows no color other than green and the white of the scales. Sucrei is quite glabrous and has some color to it.
