Puya unknown

Here is what seems to me to be an average Puya of modest proportions. Of course its size may be influenced by the size of the pot it grew and flowered in.

I'm placing seven LARGE pictures on the page, a habit picture, a closeup of the plant base, an inflorescence, a bract, a seed pod, a leaf attachment and a closeup of spines. I hope that Dr. Till (and anybody else that wants to try) can give an identification. Good luck. I'm looking forward to the help.

The eighth picture is of another Puya that I believe is laxa.
