Here is what seems to me to be an average Puya of modest proportions. Of course its size may be influenced by the size of the pot it grew and flowered in. I'm placing seven LARGE pictures on the page, a habit picture, a closeup of the plant base, an inflorescence, a bract, a seed pod, a leaf attachment and a closeup of spines.
